Ah, the joys of taking an early morning walk! While I was in Cebu City, Philippines, I stumbled upon this billboard while exploring the neighborhood near Golden Peak Tower Hotel. Although it definitely caught my attention, I couldn't help but wonder if this billboard was telling the truth. Hmm, 25 minutes for washing one's clothes? Which one takes longer: Taking off one's clothes in front of everyone or having those clothes washed? :-)
